Hosters Engagement Model (H.E.M.)

Over de past years Info Support has developed a Hosters Engagement Model to support service providers in realizing their own hosted offerings based on the Microsoft Platform. The basis of H.E.M. are two fundamental criteria:

  • The service provider is in control of the level of engagement of Info Support.
  • The model provides a way to gradually lower the chosen level of engagement and enable the service provider to use their own resources.

White Labeling

Offering a full range of hosted services with no implementation costs? Info Support also offers a reseller model of its own Hosted Business Suite. You can brand this solution and start selling this to your customers. When demand grows and business justifies investing in your own platform, we can provide an easy migration towards your own environment.

Windows Based Hosting Workshop

The goal of this workshop is to determine together with the customer which components of the entire platform could be beneficiary for their business. This workshop includes addressing the prescribed modules on the infrastructure layer and the optional modules on the services layer. The services layer will represent your business model.

Windows Based Hosted Platform Rapid Deployment Plan

Based on practical experience Info Support has developed several rapid deployment plans. Based on a pre-defined architecture and with only a limited amount of servers these plans are ideal for customers how want to have a flying start with the platform and want to trade customized design for a speedy, off the shelve, proven solution.
Duration: 1-2 weeks.

Support

Info Support, by means of Managed IT Services (MITS), can offer a wide range of support models. Starting with a simple ‘ticket’ model ranging to full 24x7. As we fully understand the complexity of these Hosted environments we also have MSS (MITS Support Special). In this model we start with 100% responsibility of the delivered platform scaling down to 0%. Thus giving your system engineers a way of learning on the job and get acquainted with there platform in a natural way.

Customized Architecture Design & Deployment Plan

The goal is to make a customer specific architecture and implementation plan tailored to needs of the customer.
Duration: Ranging from 2 days to a maximum of 2 weeks.

Implementation and consultancy

Of course the Info Support hosting experts are also available on a daily rate. Supporting a broad range of system integration services, installing the platform, reviews of existing installations, active directory integration, migrations, etc.

Info Support offers the possibility to get in-depth (hands-on) training on all Microsoft Infrastructure related solutions and products such as MOM (Microsoft Operations Manager), MIIS (Microsoft Identity Integration Server), ISA (Internet Security Acceleration) Server and Hosting related solutions as DotNetNuke and Community Server.
